Dear Customer, the following
Guideline about how to order
our Products
shall help you to order Dental Products from our Laboratory in Shanghai
in a smooth and efficient way. Please just follow the steps…
Step 1: Please fill out
our Order Form by hand or on your computer; please indicate all information
necessary to fully describe the required product. Please fill out one Order
Form for each order.
Step 2: Please send the
Order Form by Fax to our Shanghai office (Fax: 86-21-64698217 recommended!!), or German office (Fax number 0981-89467) or send by
E-Mail to maoyy@ddsdentalcare.com (for Shanghai office) or orders@logicon-dental.com .
(German office). We will send UPS to you to pick up the package the same or the next day(German office only).
Step 3: Please pack the
Working Impression Tray, the Opposite Impression Tray, the Bite Record and if applicable
the Study Model/Tray and/or photo(s) in the suitable UPS standard box. Please
use the following UPS standard boxes:
Please pack in a way that the sets will not get damaged during transport
(we recommend to use Air Bubble Foil for filling up the gaps between the sets;
do NOT use heavy material such as paper or loose material such as Styropor
chips). Please also put the original order form inside the box (keep a copy for
your own record). Complete the UPS shipment form with your own name and address
(the Lab address is already pre-printed on the form).
Step 4: Hand over the
package to UPS for shipment to our Lab.
Step 5: Within two weeks
after shipment you will receive the ordered products directly from our Lab in
Shanghai, together with all the items you sent to us to make the products. Upon
sending out the products from our Lab you will receive a shipment notice including
the UPS tracking number for your reference by E-Mail.
Tips:
In order to keep transport costs low, we recommend to send several
orders with the same shipment. In our price list you will find indications
about the applicable transport costs for your reference. We offer you low
transport rates through our special forwarding conditions.
